For orders submitted using a Purchase Order, we require that a physical or electronic copy of the actual purchase order document, with applicable terms and conditions, is received prior to the order being processed. Should you require an invoice to obtain a purchase order, please send request via email to support@cierant.zendesk.com. NOTE: A copy of your order receipt is not considered a valid form of a purchase order.
